WhatsApp is a free messaging app — think texting or iMessage — used by 2+ billion people worldwide. TourSite delivers every booking straight to your WhatsApp, so confirming a trip is just tapping Accept in a chat. Nothing new to download, no dashboard to learn.

Do you really take no commission? +

Correct — TourSite takes 0% commission. You pay one flat monthly fee and we never skim a per-booking cut. The only deduction is the standard card-processing fee from Stripe, our payment processor — the same small percentage you'd pay accepting a card anywhere. It goes to Stripe, not us, and we never mark it up. So a $200 trip is $200 in your pocket, minus only Stripe's standard card fee, never a cut to TourSite.

Do I need a website already? +

No. You describe your tours and we build the whole site — design, photos, copy, logo, hosting, and a booking button — in minutes. If you have one, you can point your domain at it.

How does a booking actually reach me? +

When a traveler requests a spot, you get a WhatsApp message with the date, party size, and price. Tap Accept and they're confirmed and you're paid; tap Decline (or do nothing within the day) and their card is released — they're never charged.

When is the traveler charged? +

Their card is securely authorized (held) by Stripe when they book, and only charged once you accept. If you decline or the request expires, Stripe releases the hold automatically. No refunds to process, no money stuck.

Do I have to manage a calendar all day? +

No. Set your products and rough availability once. After that, your WhatsApp reply is the system. Auto-accept your regular slots if you'd rather not be pinged for every booking.
